Polymers such as PC, PBT, PET, POM require much higher mould temperatures than other materials.

CHILLER SYSTEM CONTROL

Chillers Unit for Machine Tool Applications: 10, 25, 30 HP

  • Direct cooling of water soluble coolants
  • Can be easily moved from one machine tool to another if necessary

Dehumidfying Dryer

Dehumidifier is a dehumidifying dryer and a suction loader that supplies stable dew point dry air for optical molding combined in a single unit. As it is unnecessary to replace the absorbent material.

Hot Runner controller, Time sequencer

Hot runner system is an advanced injection molding system.Nozzle and manifold block are heated so the plastic from the nozzle of injection machines to the gate bush can keep the molten state. Hot runner controller is essential in hot runner system for maintaining the required temperature value.
